John has completed a number of jobs around the house for us. Some were quite complex. He has been fantastic to work with. He is very professional and the quality of his work has been excellent. I have used John from Rodney Properties on a number of occasions have yet to be disappointed with any of the workmanship and charges are fair and reasonable what I like about John if there is a better way of fixing a problem even though it may cost him the job he will always encourage a better way of doing things he has an ability to think outside the square which is so refreshing I thoroughly recommend him

Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly. We had to ogranise the repairs quickly as decided to put our house on the market. We reached out to John and were very happy with the services and the quality of John's work. At the beginning, John completed a thorough assessment of the property and highlighted few additional things we were not aware of. We then discussed what we would want to include in the scope of works. The works were completed on time and the subsequent invoice was as per the original quote provided.
