A bit of traffic noise from the highway can be heard. But convenient to Auckland, Pukekohe and Miranda for daytrips.
Has a big playground but not much else to do. The pool was empty for Winter. No TV/ games room for rainy days.
Would be sad to lose as there's not many options around South Auckland.
