I have always loved NB products, great range of items in store but customer service isnt great. I usually buy online but decided to go in store today since we were in the area. I had a list of items I was going buy but staff were busy chatting away and didnt bother to serve us - they were folding clothes by the entrance, there wasnt anyone else in store besides the three of us (hubby, baby and I). I had to approach the staff and ask for help myself. No biggie, but thought itd be nice to be offered some help since I was walking back and forth between the racks looking for the items on my list. They did serve everyone else who came in afterwards though - the usual hi, is there anything I can help with today. But strange that they didnt welcome us the same way . So decided to only buy 2 items (that I found myself) and left. Will get the rest online since theres no difference in the online/in-store shopping experience any way.

This is my go-to place for buying gifts for baby showers and first birthdays. Beautiful quality items of clothing and accessories that will last. I prefer this particular branch for it's great location and easy parking behind the building.
