        Disrupted flights meant the seat hired was needed for an extra time so it was a relief when the sympathetic voice on the end of the phone agreed this was possible. It was amazing that there was no extra charge. I would also like to praise how kindly I was treated and how efficiently the seat was attached.

        We booked the rental capsule a few months back. Today, when we visited the shop to install a car seat, technician Leah noticed the car seat was not a secure fit for our car; it was wonky. So, she advises a car seat that fits better and ticks all safety marks. On this busy morning, she helped us out the way and referred the best product appropriate for our car. Thank you so much, Leah, for excellent support
