Disrupted flights meant the seat hired was needed for an extra time so it was a relief when the sympathetic voice on the end of the phone agreed this was possible. It was amazing that there was no extra charge. I would also like to praise how kindly I was treated and how efficiently the seat was attached.

We booked the rental capsule a few months back. Today, when we visited the shop to install a car seat, technician Leah noticed the car seat was not a secure fit for our car; it was wonky. So, she advises a car seat that fits better and ticks all safety marks. On this busy morning, she helped us out the way and referred the best product appropriate for our car.
