The professionalism of Mark and Rupert was evident from the very beginning of our engagement with them at the quotation process. We were able to visit two houses they had either completed or were in the process of a reclad and were were impressed with the quality of the workmanship. We had been let down seriously by another architect and Mark suggested an architect who got our project back on track. Despite doing our reclad in 2021 amid lockdowns and the challenges associated with sourcing materials- they delivered a stunning new home on time and on budget. Both Mark and Rupert were responsive to emails, texts and phone calls quickly. Ruperts extensive experience and eye to detail was very much appreciated. We would also like to give Ed the on-site builder in charge a shout out. Ed has an excellent and precise eye for quality of workmanship and we hope he is as proud of his job as we are of our home. Finding out that your home is leaky, and needs to be remediated is scary. Youre worried about how bad its going to be, and how much its going to end up costing. We took it very seriously - we did a lot of online research, and met with three companies to get estimates and ensure that the people we engaged were the right fit for us. Our architects actually recommended Licensed Reclads, and were so glad that they did. On the very first meeting, Mark and Rupert turned up prepared. They had everything documented out, and they patiently explained as much as they could. We decided to put our trust in them, and we are still so glad that we did. Throughout the process, they kept us informed. They listened, took the time to ask us questions, and gave us different options when a decision needed to be made. They were almost always available. If they were busy, we could simply leave a message and theyd come back to us quickly. The work was completed to a very high standard, and we always knew exactly what we were paying for. It took a little longer than expected, and was only slightly over the budget - but there were good reasons for both, which were explained and understood. We really liked that the invoices we received clearly showed what we were paying for and if we had any questions, we only had to ask. It was cleaned immaculately before we moved back in, which we really appreciated. Our house wasnt just repaired, it was enhanced and became a home that is safe, warm, dry and were proud of it again. Jan 2019. Mt Albert. It was a massive decision for us to decide to have our house reclad. It was plaster clad, a little dated and while we were fairly certain there were no leaks, the negative perception was always going to reduce the potential resale value. We knew the cost would be considerable, it would be a risk and having heard some horrendous reports of rogue builders and nightmare results, we were extremely nervous. Although Rupert and Mark had been recommended we had no prior knowledge of who they were or their build quality. Their assessment of the house and what would be required was extremely accurate, They were thorough and professional in everything they did including their contacts with Council. What sub contractors they used, painting, plumbing, electrics etc were just as proficient and all on time. We couldn't have been happier with the finished outcome. Testament to the finished job is we have had 2 estate agents contact us, complimenting the house and wanting to know if we will sell. Guys a very special thanks and especially to Sam and crew.
