I booked a cleaning service for my friends on Friday late afternoon for the following day. They had already had bad luck with a rental they were supposed to move in to that turned out to be a failure. They needed faith restored in the kiwi way. Nexdo has never let me down before and certainly did not disappoint again on Saturday. We are so grateful for everyone who went out of their way to help us out and get the team out to my friends house. They were over the moon and so grateful. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for not letting us down.

Fantastic clean and bed change, sorted out rubbish and very kind to my cats who leave long hair everywhere . Im unwell and I find all nexdo cleaners thoughtful, respectful and kind thank you all

This company is terrible they do not communicate effectively & do not do a great job. We had numerous problems with this company. 1. First clean booked and paid upfront and no one turned up 2. Rebooked and cleaner turned up late. They did a terrible job, didnt do any of the extras we paid for there were still crumbs on the floor, surfaces dirty and linen not changed. When we went over what needed to be done they said they had to go and had no time to do it. 3. Went through the complaints process another cleaner came back and the work still was not done correctly. 4. After our nightmare of a time and many complaints back and forward on the phone and in writing we received a partial refund. We should have got a full one. We were unhappy with everything from the communication to the services they provided, we will not be back and I do not encourage others to use this service they are the worst company Ive ever dealt with !
