Fantastic customer service, swift and uncomplicated.
I purchased a refurbished iPhone and sent my old iPhone for a trade-in. The new phone arrived overnight (in great condition and just as described). My credit for the old phone was on my account just a few days after I sent it off.
As described on their FAQ page, the battery warning disappeared after two weeks, and my refurbished iPhone is running smoothly.
