        What a great idea for a business in New Zealand, and how excellently executed! Fantastic customer service, swift and uncomplicated. I purchased a refurbished iPhone and sent my old iPhone for a trade-in. The new phone arrived overnight (in great condition and just as described). My credit for the old phone was on my account just a few days after I sent it off. As described on their FAQ page, the battery warning disappeared after two weeks, and my refurbished iPhone is running smoothly. Thanks again for the trade and your great work!
