You will not be treated on your first appointment. This is implied in the fine print on the website. I waited for 4 days for my appointment post a back strain. I am very familiar with Chiropractic care and wanted the full experience but needed treatment today. Jess didnt want to work that way - and I discussed then argued with her due to my pain level - but she sent me away. This rating is due to my belief that I shouldve been treated immediately. I had to find another practitioner and see them, along with pay twice, to get treatment.

Dr Jess is amazing. She takes the time to listens to your needs and creates a treatment plan that suits you. She goes above and beyond to treat her patients, and help them function at the highest level. She treats my whole family, including my two children. I highly recommend her for you and your whanau

I have been seeing Dr Jess for at least 6 months now and not only is she the most attentive, caring person she is also an amazing chiropractor. As some who has never been to a chiropractor before I was very nervous on what to expect but Dr Jess explains every single thing she does or adjusts in your body, does progress exams for not only her reference but also a personal reference. This is 100% one of the best decisions I made coming to see Dr Jess.

After multiple spinal surgeries finding Jess has been absolutely life changing. Her knowledge, experience and communication is outstanding!
