Tend Kingsland Medical Centre

Trying to leave this practice is a nightmare, my new practice has been trying to get my medical records transferred and they still havent been able to do this nearly 2 months later. I left the practice because of a lack of due diligence and their steady decline since 2021. Please exercise caution before using this practice.

Highly recommend Tend! The app makes it so easy to book appointments and get repeat prescriptions. The reception staff are the absolute best, always quick to reply to any queries and are so kind and helpful. This is how general practice should be!

This is by the far the worse ever GP service they are nothing but a dolled pretty faces and fancy clinic if it is even a clinic for the past 2 month I spend close to 200 to get medication change and no one seems to listen or do anything about it. What they are good at is just so quick to charge accounts and seek payments please avoid at all cost. They have 2 clinics one in kingsland and one in symonds st. SHAME ON YOU

Hopeless, definitely dont recommend Tend at all. Booked an online consult, doctor was 45mins late, didnt know what to do, so said oh go to A & E and see a doctor. Said they would speak to Tend about waiving the consult, as the only advice I got was pay to see another doctor service. Billed me anyway for this excellent health advice. Have emailed multiple times to Tend questioning it, 4 weeks later still not even a reply. Says they reply within 2 days, about as reliable as the service. Save your self the time and extra cost and see a real the doctor first time.
