        Unbelieveable, ordered a IPhone and requested a tracking number, was told item was not available as it was in transit but will in store late afternoon, they would advise when instore...rang again Friday and got the same story because of the Covid issues delivery was delayed...CRACK UP.... dont guarantee 3-4 day delivery when you 1. Dont even have the item and 2. Blame it on Covid...SO UNPROFESSIONAL

        Great customer service over the lockdown period. Next day delivery which was great, and the packaging was secure, iPhone was in excellent condition on arrival. They rang before shipping my item to let me know that the preferred colour I wanted wasnt in stock and gave me other colour options. I had also received a free phone case with my purchase as well Thank you Viber store. Would definitely recommend if youre wanting to purchase second hands goods.
