Rishi installed our new wifi and it works great. I found Rishi very approachable and explained clearly and in detail what he was doing and how it would benefit what we needed from it. I live in the US and literally did a global search for a printer ribbon that is no longer manufactured by Panasonic (OEM). Without a ribbon, I would have had to junk the printer which is relatively new and works great. Rishi, had a replacement ribbon in-stock that is on par with the quality and performance of the OEM. I am so appreciative that Rishi carries quality products and was very responsive despite the distance and time differences.
