We enjoyed the flavour of our meals but the portion sizes were so small we had to order 3 mains and an entree and were still hungry. We actually ended up buying pies from the service station afterward! I think they gave us half portions because we were on a first table deal, which was really disappointing. We were also seated at the back of the restaurant on the stools by the toilet which we refused (and actually almost left to go eat elsewhere) and chose to sit outside until another stool area was free. We werent allowed to use any of the seated tables she said it was for regular customers and they get busy on Saturday (it wasnt busy at all). We were also told we could only stay there for 1 hour 15 and it was in our terms and conditions for first table but when I logged in and read the special conditions I couldnt see this mentioned at all. We felt rushed and unwelcome. The waitress was trying her best, I felt bad for her and was being polite and grateful, but at the same time we felt like we were being a nuisance because we were on a first table voucher. The vibe was really weird. We went across the road to Rosannas for a cocktail afterward and experience exceptional service and felt welcome and relaxed, so that showed the stark contrast.
