We cant recommend these guys highly enough!! Belinda was amazing, My husband had 20 years of gut issues with years of appointments with doctors, naturopaths and anyone else i could find with no luck, with all these appointments not one person suggested it could be a leaky gut. After a couple of tests Belinda nailed the diagnoses and after 4 months of working with Belinda he is now symptom free.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online as their shipping information advised they provide next day delivery. The product took 6 days to arrive which by this point was surplus to requirement. I emailed BePure to request a return and to let them know that their shipping information was not accurate. I was advised that I would receive a return label and a refund would be processed. It has now been over 5 weeks and still no return shipping label or refund has been received. I appreciate covid may impact business, but this is an incredibly long time for what should be a relatively straight forward process. While I have tried to settle this privately, my follow up emails appear to be ignored and I am still out of pocket. Do not recommend.
