I just called into gull kingsland to see if I could purchase a petrol gift card - the gentleman on the counter said they did not have petrol vouchers and referred me to go and see if their competitorMobil Station down the road will be able to give me a voucher - Ive only awarded a one out of 5 stars - which was one too many - a very disgruntled customer - get your act together gull ?

Arrived at the pump's same time as a group of wellingtonians, young woman said "you Aucklanders and your crazy weather. They were up for a concert. Without going inside to prepay she started to fill her car. I wasn't able to. I questioned the Asian guy as to why not, he replied that the people next to me were regulars. The man didn't even blink. When I informed him that they were from wellington he became annoyed. I was a regular there but some of the staff greet you with a yup or can't understand basic English. Which is fine but after five years of rude service and flat out lying I now go else where

Terrible Customer service. Lady at the counter didn't understand basic change and didn't explain why. Then proceeds to pointing contest and cusses while on the way out. Don't know what her problem was , from other reviews this is clearly a issue at this place.
