I have just been in and asked for a mask exemption which I have, as does my husband, we both showed the young woman who promptly asked if we had just printed something off the internet, I told her it was a legal document and that she should know what it looks like, another customer started chiming in and said she didnt believe us, the girl said we had To show her cameras, when I asked where they were she said everywhere she wasnt listening and just kept going on about how its her job, to which I was replying yes thats fine we understand but she needs to be educated.. she was not listening so we left!! Very unhappy that staff are not educated
