Unfortunately, we didnt receive the same amazing service that past reviews rave about. In fact, we were incredibly disappointed with the lack of follow up & non response from Photo Hive.
After explaining our family circumstances, we werent even offered alternative options to get to view the photos we had taken, in spite of spending a few hours with Julia in the studio & sending an email through. Just totally ignored.
Communication was great leading up to the photo shoot & initial payment. THEN bang - the service level & communication became non-existent after we were offered viewing dates & times that were unsuitable & over a month away, despite having clearly communicated we needed the photos sooner.
We paid the initial fee, got dressed up, my daughter was so excited & Julia was lovely - but weve gotten nothing out of it. Just silence. A simple response would have been courteous.
We chose Photo Hive over our local options because of the amazing photos weve seen from friends, however, their customer service & inflexibility is saddening & beyond disappointing.
