    Poorly managed sales team and terrible communication. After negotiation, I agreed to go ahead with an electricity plan, and then the sales surprisingly disappeared - no confirmation no updates no next step. After a few days of silence, I reached out to see if anyone was still taking care of my case. Then sales did reply but it turned out he forgot to forward the email from the electricity provider. Because of this experience, I dare not have a further connection with this company. It's been a waste of time.

    Poorly designed app. Previous rental history cannot be added for addresses outside of New Zealand. How hard is it to fathom that an applicant could have lived in a different country in the past? When you manually add an address there is no 'Country' field. Why do I have to list my pets when my partner has already listed the pets? Why do I have to list my previous living arrangements when my partner has already listed hers and we've been living together for more than 10 years? Bogging down potential tenants with unnecessary admin, when a simple tickbox could solve all the double up. I'm a landlord and I'm renting in a different part of the country. Wouldn't use this app to list my rental, if the tenant application process is this poorly designed I don't want to know what the rest of the app looks like.
