Had 1 driver came to my place earlier last week on Friday morning and the driver had to plug in his phone to charge at 6:30am and asked me to show him where to go after going to sainsby rd for Mt Albert primary school for before care and needed to go to Taylor's rd and he still didn't know the way there and asked me if i was able to use my own gps and not using his GPS and and this has happened to me twice with bad experience and had 1 other driver like this did the same but at mt albert recreational centre and due to my regular driver was busy or couldn't make it due to specif before hours started otherwise I usually have 1 regular specific driver who done well and know where to go to for getting especially he knows to handle me when I'm sick like one of my conditions that I have which is mild epilepsy and my regular taxi driver has helped me out when I've had a seizure which is 10/10 but otherwise I prefer my regular driver who knows first aid and he knows where to go because of my everyday work basis and knows what roads to go to and awesome great communication skills and give me the heads up if he is running late by 5 to 10 minutes and I rate my regular driver 10/10 over the other taxi drivers from the company that I have had that's been bad experience with.

Terrible service, I use the school run services and on many occasions they have been late to pick my children up from home and on just as many occasions they haven't picked up my children from school and don't even inform me. The school rings me and when I have addressed it with Co-op there excuse is always 'our drivers are owner drivers'. I was expected just to accept that, they don't care thar they've pit my children at risk. Don't use them!

What a joke of a company our international flight was delayed had to get to domestic asked a Indian gentleman and he told us to catch a bus or walk had a crook wife as well what a scumbag wonder if hedoes that to all first time travellers to nz will not go near blue bubble cabs ever and will tell everybody as well go Uber taxis
