Dare you delete my pictures again, I will post as many times as it takes to make it visible to the public! Biggest scammer ever! Sent my car to get a wof, they failed it and demands me to change parts for 11k. Asked them why do I have to change the parts, just said to me not going to pass the wof without changing those parts. Then I took my car to vtnz to get a wof and passed straight away. My car has no problem and has been regularly serviced in the past, basically just trying to rob me. Also asking them to clean up the car, they said they have vacuumed everywhere but see crumbs on the middle of the floor and seats. Totally disappointed and will never go there again!

No communication from Toyota. You leave them your info and never hear from them ever again. They can learn a lot from any other car dealership in Auckland. All of them have much better customer service.

Booked for service and warrant end of January 2023. A few things on top of the service had to be done. Paid lots of money. The lady who was leading the communication during the service was pushy to get things done knowing the prices she quoted were higher than other places around Auckland. I serviced my car in the same place for the last five years and still went ahead with service but noticed when I mentioned that I will shop around for tires in other places she was quick to get rid of me. The thing should have been mentioned that I only had 28 days by law to return and get the WOF. Then flooding happened and I could not return to get WOF due to huge slips in the area I live. So called Giltrap again and got rejected to bring the car for WOF. Not taking in consideration that flooding affected roads and people got trapped and were not able to drive to the place within the period we could return to get WOF sticker. Management should consider and review the deadlines when customers are affected by floods and cant bring the cars within required time. So I was told to pay for WOF again because I missed the deadline to bring my car back to get WOF and it cost around $60. That amount is nothing for the business and it believe that it should be done free of charge considering I already paid for it. My family spend thousands in that brunch over the years and will never be back.
