I recently purchased my car from EasyAuto123 Grey Lynn. Apart from having a great collection to choose from, what truly impressed me was the customer service. From the time we started looking, Ryan (Sales Consultant) was fantastic - he gave us time and space to look at the different models that interested us, explained all the features of the cars we explored and came with us on long test drives so we could fully understand and evaluate what features the cars had. He was not pushy, was very patient with all our questions and very prompt to respond on text/calls even on his day off. Simi (Business Manager) who helped us with the paperwork was equally lovely - explaining all details and answering our many questions very patiently.
