Having used Europa multiple times, I can honestly say the service you will receive from these guys is exceptional! They don't roll out the red carpet, but they do roll out the truth in their diagnostics, give you multiple options and advise you on the best parts to use factory or non factory, the choice is yours. I don't know what Gavin gets paid, but what ever it is, he deserves double if not more because the guy is worth his weight in gold. Great team, great service, great price. My last visit was this week. I had installed a throttle controller which I was really impressed with but I made the mistake of adjusting the modes while driving 100k on the motorway. My x5 went into protection mode and i had to crawl to Europa. Turns out theses vehicles are much more complex and I'd done quite a bit of damage to the sensors and electronics. All is fixed now and it drives better now then ever before and that's without the throttle controller connected. keep up the great work Gavin and Ishmail. It's very much appreciated.
