Great walk in place, did nails beautifully morning of my sons wedding

Would not recommend this place for SNS (dipping powder). As the tech was doing my nails I noticed that the drying solution for SNS had run out. She smeared the small amount left in the bottle onto my nails but it did nothing to cure them so I was then asked repeatedly to put my hands under a lamp in an effort to dry the SNS. After the tech thought the nails were "dry" she attempted to use the drill to thin and shape the nails. After about 2 minutes of fruitless attempt (as I assume the powder was still wet and not able to be filed) she put a top coat of SHELLAC on my nails and asked me to cure them under the blue lamp with zero shaping of the dipping powder. After I left (paying $60 for those chunky bois) I went to tie my shoe and my shoe lace left an imprint in the polish- this should defiantly NOT happen with dipping powder that has hardened. Frustrated I went to a nearby salon to ask them to drill and shape them. While the tech at the second salon was working on the nails she noted that they hadn't dried at all (the powder was flying off everywhere and even hit her in the eye!) and she was confused as to why Shellac was put on the nails as that's not the process normally used with dipping powder. I'm not sure the powder would have even stayed on had I left them. I had to pay another $40 to get them fixed as well. Long story short I would not go here for SNS. I don't think it's the techs fault, it was pretty clear the salon was low in stock and equipment was limited. Services: Pedicure, Body waxing, Manicure
