Groupon

I bought a 2 watches but they put my different address and when I got the email showing my wrong address, immediately, I called them to change my address and the lady who picked the phone said she changed the delivery address. Next day, when i got the dispatch email the address were still wrong. I think she forgot to change the address. They didnt care much about the customer. I bought the watches to gift now, i have to buy another watches which is ridiculous.

Ordered some shoes, needed to swap it for a size up, Groupon was no help and refused an exchange! Contacted the manufacturer directly and they were happy to oblige! Use Grabone instead, they actually offer real support!

Although I have had positive experiences of Groupon I was pretty annoyed that they only post positive reviews on their website. I gave the Knights on Albert a negative review because they tried to charge me $30 for mobility charging. Groupon didn't publish this review on their website. Always check Google reviews of the company or product you're booking!!
