        BAD SERVICE. I have always been a loyal customer but recently I am too disappointed with Air New Zealand. I have emailed their refund and complaint team for at least 5 times since early Februday 2023, no response and there is no way to reach that team through any other channels other than email. Maybe this is a tactic for them to ignore refund...

        Should be 0 star. Worst experience ever. Our flight was delayed for 2 days. The communication of airnz was poor. We cannot get any staff answer our questions. No compensation was made for the long long long delay and the lost for all the passengers.
