        Poor customer service, being rude, judge customer with coat also showing unhappy face when I ask to fix my cloth. Because the lady said she has to do it by hands. If she doesnt want small job, she should say from the beginning that she cant do it instead of being rude.

        A dream tailor because we often don't know how best to fix problems, but she always does. And she does it so well! We are American and she is Asian/Kiwi so there is a bit of a language/cultural barrier (which may be the reason for a previous less-than-great review from a Kiwi). We bring her challenges and she always knows how best to fix them. Her work is top-notch, and I would recommend anyone with any sewing need of any kind head straight here. And yes, she does like "small jobs."
