Sanrio Gift Gate Auckland City (The Kitty Shop)

Cute shop, been going here for years. Cheapest place to get official merchandise and the kujis are so fun :)

As reading other peoples reviews, Ive found that everyones had a different experience in this shop than others. Some experienced rude staff and found that the products were overpriced. Although I do somewhat agree to an extent that the products are overpriced, all my encounters at this shop have been positive and wonderful. The shop owner was always nice and helpful, It is really one of the only places in Auckland to purchase licensed Sanrio merch, so sometimes the high-price is worth it than rather buying it online from America. Its a cute place to stop buy and I really have no complaints.

The team here are so sweet & friendly! I have lots of friends who LOVE Sanrio so I came in here to buy some gifts. They have lots of stock available for all Sanrio characters. The team have a good amount of knowledge about product if you have any questions. They said if you have a cute mind you will like it here. Customer service is excellent. It is hidden away in the back of a small arcade/mall. But once you find it, its great!
