Shocking experience. Had the staff party on Monday the 24th of April, got there at 6:15pm and was promptly greeted by Liz who seems to be the events manager. She was quite annoyed with us being 15 minutes early for our 6:30pm booking. Surprised was I when I went to the bar and met the duty manager Jayden - clear violation of his alcohol license had no food to provide us. His excuse was that he had no mask to cook with. Since I was already there with 19 staff members we continued on. Lack of professionalism and childish behaviour of these two. We spent $1000 bucks there - will never return. Go to Archie Brothers instead.

I feel for the staff for this venue, having two staff on a Sunday is tough expecting one to manage a bar and food while the other takes care of the bowlers. Meanwhile offering a menu for food where a chef is needed to relieve that stress. My group had an amazing time bowling and enjoying the atmosphere( a group who is all hospo really feel for the lone worker) owners really really need to step up and sort this issue out what once used to be a hub for business and fun growing up has really really gone down hill to put to lightly and its extremely sad to see. OWNERS STEP UP. Staff was amazing for what he could handle ALONE.

Attended a work gathering at metrolane and one thing I noticed very quickly was the lack of staff. Besides that mostly everything else was okay. The nibbles ordered were tasty but the onion rings had undercooked batter yet they were really oily.

Nice warm Venue. Staff probably under pressure and maybe need more training. Not the most user friendly venue regarding payments and using paid facilities. Different eftpos machines for diff functions. Also $7 for a game of pool??? Seriously thats terrible.
