I couldnt recommend Urban Athlete enough - Ben helped me recover from injuries really quickly that had been bothering me for a really long time. I also love doing personal training with Annabel and Ive become a lot stronger with her. Id highly highly recommend them!

Tome has done (and is continuing to do so) an incredible job with helping me navigate and improve ongoing hip pain that came on the end of last year. I was skeptical of going to a Physio for help as previously havent had much success with other practices, but although Im not 100% out of the woods yet the improvement I have seen so far has been great. Tomu is thorough and explains the reasoning behind each decision we make and rehabilitation exercises that are assigned so I understand the principles and plan of the rehab process. If youre a skeptic like I was or havent had great experiences previously I highly recommend reaching out to the team at urban athlete.

Thank you so much Darren North for being so thorough and for your care. I feel such a difference in my leg just the following day following my appointment and am all set up with my rehab plan now for the rest of my NZ travels :)

Darren and his team have provided the best physio services I've ever received. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none but what really sets them apart is the genuine care and understanding they have for their patients. Highly recommended.
