(the local team aside) Regus is the worst experience that our company has had in 23 years of operation. They've been aggressive, unresponsive and bullying over 10 months, Finally -- we've had a settlement (in my favour) following the MOST despicable (but consistent) behaviour from Regus. If you enjoy this kind of stress and disruption to your business -- Regus ticks all the boxes!!

Their marketing team are like loan sharks. Indeed if shouting pricing on clicking the pricing Burton in the website, they all you to fill up a signup form then the marketing team will finish you inbox and call you everyday

Absolute nightmare to deal with. We joined as a Virtual Office customer. About 6 months in we'd noticed calls weren't coming through and we were getting told by people trying to contact us they couldn't get through. We waited awhile longer thinking they might have been coincidences, but when others told us they'd sent packages to our office address which we weren't notified about we started to take notice. Wish we'd got in it sooner as it's hard to tell how our business was affected through lost enquiries. We have virtual offices in 2 other countries with other providers and they are both exceptional. When we started asking questions their team members got on the defensive. We asked repeatedly to see the contract - it took 3 emails for them to respond to us. We are presently withholding payment to Regus for failure to do their job. Suggest some real caution before getting locked in to a plan with Regus - they're good at the sales part and locking you in to a plan, but when it comes to actually doing what you're paying them for, they're dismal.

They don't reply to emails or return calls or do what they are paid to do. They used to be brilliant but the new managers are just awful. We gave up after several years of loyalty and went with someone more reliable.
