I had a fantastic experience dealing with Cultivate Recruitment during my job hunt in Auckland recently. I met virtually with Michael who made a work experience profile for me and shared it with his colleagues in the wider team at Cultivate. With this profile, Cultivate were able to match me to any job opportunities that fitted my description. I appreciated how much my meeting with Michael put me at ease, as he explained the process of sourcing a job in Auckland and what the steps were to be successful. Kathryn then got in touch with me regarding a certain vacancy and asked if I would be interested in attending an interview. Kathryn was very helpful with her guidance and was clear with her instructions. I really appreciated how much she kept me in the loop during this process. I am glad to say that I secured the job with massive credit due to Cultivate for organising the interview and managing my work references. I am very thankful to have crossed paths with Cultivate and I would have no problem in recommending their services to anyone looking for work in Auckland and the wider area. The experience with cultivate wasnt pleasant as they didnt seem supportive of what I was ideally looking for therefore no effort was made to help me in the process. I definitely do not recommend going through an agency as they always do whats best for them and not you. To them youre just a sales number $$ at the end of the day and not a person.

I mainly dealt with Kelly and she was a pleasure to work with; very proactive in keeping me up to date, helped me prepare for interviews really well and was always genuinely interested to listen to my feedback. Darron was also very nice to work with too. I would definitely recommend Kelly and Darron to others.
