        Served by Simon and his customer service was excellent. However, my shoes broke after I had it for just under 3 months. I only wear them for gym and Pilates, which fits for the shoes purpose so not sure it broke so easily within such a short period of time.

        Simon and his colleague (apologies I didn't catch her name) were great! Helpful, patient, and super friendly - a really good balance without being obtrusive. Thank you again! The only real challenge was parking and getting access to the store - hopefully the roadworks will be finished very soon. Kind Regards

      image Served by Simon and his customer service was excellent. However, my shoes broke after I had it for just under 3 months. I only wear them for gym and Pilates, which fits for the shoes purpose so not sure it broke so easily within such a short period of time.
