Love Tacobar! I work nearby so have had a chance to try various menu items, and can't fault any I've had They've also taken onboard feedback around phone orders, so will defo continue supporting

I went in tonight and ordered the pork tacos and the chicken tacos. There was alot of ingredients in there but there was no flavour. The two guys that were working didn't acknowledge us the whole time we were there. Good service can sometimes make up for below average food but that wasn't the case tonight. Birria tacos might be the only reason why you might come here but they weren't on the menu. If you're going to trek all the way up to K Road/Symonds anyway just save time and drive to La Mexicana in Grey Lynn.

Warning if you are gluten free don't come here even if you have seen pictures saying the tacos are 100% gluten free. Asked the guy behind the counter if there was anything gluten free and he seemed uncaring and responded that he didn't know. Fair enough if he didn't but after that he made no effort to find out the information. Not trying to hate on this place but it's not for anyone with allergies!

Delicious tacos!! Definitely should try if you wanna try authentic Mexican! Chica at the restaurant was super friendly too!
