Results First

I have been a customer of Results First for over a year. I'm sorry but I have to say - don't use them. in 6 months I spent around $5600 on Adwords and got just 3 contacts. Only one resulted in a sale and it wasn't even close to covering this bill. I had numerous discussions about poor performance with staff there over this time. They acknowledged the performance was poor offering to change to a YouTube campaign (??!) but I said I wanted to end my relationship with them and try someone else. They insisted I had a 12 month contract that I should have to pay out. Yes. That's right. Despite their acknowledged bad performance they expected me to keep paying them. I think perhaps their name should be We get Results (for ourselves) First. I hope I can save someone else this disappointment.

Results First were great to deal with, very professional and they really know their stuff when it comes to search engine optimizations I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Auckland based SEO company.

Results First are by far the best marketing company I have dealt with. After having such a bad experience with a previous marketing agent, I was reluctant to hire anyone else to promote my business. But I am glad I found Results First. William in particular has been fantastic to deal with. He is approachable and knowledgeable. Thanks team!!
