I know there is just a chance to see whales and/or dolphines. Today was probably a bad day. But handing out a complimentary voucher for tourists (which obviously are not staying that long in New Zealand) AND not to operate on certain days feels like a joke.

Absolutely terrific experience! We were not able to see whales but did stumble upon a 30 dolphin nursery pod that made this such a memorable experience. The crew was super friendly, knowledgable and committed to their mission of conservation.
