My wife Sheryl and I (Peter) would like to express our sincere thanks to Peter Brinkley and Stephanie McLean for such great teamwork and always being such a delight to work with. I have known Peter Brinkley for approximately 40 years and have always found him to be very knowledgeable, positive and encouraging with regard to property in general and especially in the Beachlands, Maraetai, Whitford and Howick areas. Peter has become a very good friend and I always find him to be reliable and trustworthy. Stephanie, once again, did an outstanding job of marketing 67 Karaka Road, Beachlands for us and had about 19 groups view the house over just 3 weekends. She was always very efficient at keeping us updated and well informed with regard to feedback during the marketing. She has always been very courteous and professional. This is the second property that Stephanie has sold for us in less than one year and she has kept us very happy on both occasions. Both Peter and Stephanie advised us to auction this property at 67 Karaka Road and were very glad we did. It was a new experience for us and we learnt a lot. We were well advised and helped through the process. We will be continuing to use the services of Peter and Stephanie at Harcourts Beachlands in the future.
