I would rate 0 stars if I could. Yesterday, I was standing outside the Bayleys office next to the superette with two friends. This is public property to my understanding, and we were not blocking any foot traffic whatsoever. The female owner then started taking photos of us, and making somewhat rude gestures at us. I was confused as to why this was happening, so I went in to the shop and asked her not to take photos of me, as I was clearly not doing anything wrong at all. She then started yelling at me, threatening to call the police, and being very rude. I was talking calmly, and was not rude to her in any way, and she still chose to yell. The fact that I am a regular customer, who always shows her respect when I am in her shop, shows that she has no respect or value for her customers. In fact I only made a purchase a couple of hours beforehand, and I like usual showed her respect, and thanked her. Not a good look. I would highly recommend taking your business to the other dairy which is just down the road, Karishma Food Market, where the staff are always friendly and do not have a problem with you standing outside on public property. They are also priced better for that matter.
