        Mayfair (Richard) didnt finish our pool and left us with wonky tiles and a poorly installed pool. When I asked them to fix, they said they werent going to complete until I paid the rest (foolishly I did) then they never came back. We had a contract and they did not honour it. I called head office spoke to Keith and they were not interested in coming back or sending anyone else to inspect. Then then said they didnt think I would bother getting a lawyer for a few thousand dollars as it would cost me more. Unbelievable! Going to small claims course next. And have lodged this with fairgo hoping they will run the story.

        Not sure who Richard is as this company is run by Courtney, at least that is the person who did our pool earlier this year. We had an absolutely excellent result and couldn't be happier with it...roll on summer!
