Mike quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my plumbing and explained the problem and solution to me in a clear and understandable way. He worked efficiently and effectively, completing the repairs in a timely manner while keeping the work area clean and tidy. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Mike's expertise and work ethic. He went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that I was satisfied with his work.
