        The staff are instantly warm, real and approachable. They make you want to look after your skin!! A lovely atmosphere in the Takapuna one, beautiful decor and excellent facial. I hadnt planned to buy skin products but I felt so good I couldnt help it and they are top quality and make me feel like Im looking after myself like a queen at last
