        Leon provided excellent service - very pleasant, knowledgeable, and no hard sell. Understood what I was looking for and came up with the ideal bike. After my first visit I subsequently checked out/test rode have a dozen other options from several other retailers, but the confidence felt in the sound advice I received took me back to 99 Bikes for the purchase. Top marks!
