Jo lead us through our start-from-scratch marketing exercise when we established our business. She was extremely supportive of our ideas (we didn't have a clue what we were doing!) and created an amazing playbook for our branding look-and-feel and targeting activities. We engaged XD Consulting to conduct a series of user research projects. Jo was incredibly professional and flexible, doing whatever it took to help us achieve our outcomes. XD Consulting designed and delivered a customer research project for us.
