        Good value with clean and tidy vehicle. Unfortunately, the cars tyres were under inflated (half of maximum manufacturers recommended pressure) and excessively worn, making the vehicle unsafe to drive when cornering and/or in wet conditions. The low tyre pressures also caused excessive fuel consumption and at more than $3.00/L (NZD) added extra unnecessary expense to the hire.

        The car was good but the staff failed to advice us on return times as office is not open 24/7 and there were no alternative arrangements or advice on how to return car after use. They offered their apology for the incident and I accept that it is a one-off mistake. I will continue to support them as they're my "local".
