        Very poor experience with the team. The agent lied about the CCC status before I went to the auction. She told me that it was already passed the final inspection and just waited for the Council paperwork. That was a total lie. Now I have waited for four months for the property. Very frustrated. Loss $$$ for my rent and legal fees. DO NOT trust the agents and always check everything yourself.
