I would not recommend this establishment at all. I was staying at the Crowne Plaza and they recommended this Spa located in the atrium of the hotel. I went in for my 85 minute deep tissue massage and as I was waiting, was served a glass of warm tap water. They didnt take any info from me or have me fill out any paperwork. My massage therapist was nice but did not speak any English and couldnt understand any of the instructions I was giving her in regards to areas that i wanted worked specifically She spent the last 10 minutes of the massage neglecting my shoulders altogether and instead gave me a scalp massage which is not at all what I was wanting or paid for. When she was done, I looked at my watch and the massage only lasted for 70 minutes!!! I went out to look for the lady who was working the front desk who spoke english, but she was nowhere to be found. I wandered around the back until my massage therapist came out and I asked her to speak to a manager. She didnt understand what I was saying so she printed me off a parking valet pass. I again told her I wanted to talk kto the manager but she couldn't help me at all.

I bought a couples hot stone massage for myself and my partner. It being her first ever massage which we were really looking forward to. I am a qualified beauty therapist myself and was quite shocked at our experience. With no paper work to check for contraindications. No one at reception for hand off and the most surprising thing was that they left the door open after our massage, my partner and I both still undressed laying in the bed whilst new clients show up in reception. Over all a very disappointing experience.
