        Worst customer service ever. Dialed at 3 times before I was assisted by an operator. The operator Tina was extremely rude and unprofessional. Couldn't explain things properly so I had to rephrase my question a few times. She then started moaning, interrupting my speeches and emphasized many times that if I read the T&Cs properly I wouldn't have any of these questions. I tried to point out her unprofessionalism near the end and she just groaned and hanged up. If you can't explain like a professional customer service, at least have a decent attitude.

        Beyond useless. I waited on hold for an hour and a half before giving up. Possibly the worst customer service of any company in New Zealand and Australia which is really saying something.

        Why any company like Fonterra would partner with this company is beyond me, inconsistent beyond belief. They made it very hard to payout MY dividend.
