        Threats of being towed before I even went near the store - was going there and also mummum store, who share the carpark. Not a good welcome.

        Both staff are friendly. Every other 1 star review seems to be about carpark. - Can't understand why others can't understand, even when I was new in New Zealand with very limited English, I can understand no parking if you weren't going to shop there, and going elsewhere before or after shopping there is also a no no. Common-sense seems to be not so common amongst some.

        Staff here is rude especially that old lady. My car was towed and I went in to ask if theres a number I can call to get my car back. Then she start to go on and on about the parking and being so rude. Yeah I get it so what now? I just need an info to get a car back, at least talk normal and dont make it sound like Ive just ruined your entire life by parking here? 100% not gonna park here or shop at this store ever again. So WARNING to everyone, stay away from this shop

        Stumbled upon Citta Takapuna today. Love this store and the staff most helpful. Great being able to park outside. Im a local and didnt know this hidden gem was there. Love this shop
