I was really impressed with their quick communication and the fact that they also offer garden services along with cleaning services. Unfortunately the quality at which they provide services is very poor. Dust was left behind on several surfaces. The kitchen top still had food crumbs. The hedge trimming was extremely uneven. It was an end of tenancy clean so I had to spend several hours cleaning after their clean. Also had to spend extra money to urgently hire another gardener. After complaining about this, a 15% discount was offered which doesn't cover how poor the quality of their service is. I don't like to complain and prefer to support small businesses but their service and attitude was very poor. Would not want anyone else to deal with this.

would highly recommend Kat and her team- they did a great job - Showers look amazing- great communication, very friendly,and professional. I'm definitely using again- once a month- Thank Cherie Service: Standard cleaning

This company were extraordinary in their response time and tolerance of my situation. They made this experience ten times easier just by being kind to me when I needed help. Their price is reasonable and they are flexible with schedules which is amazing. Kendall from Customer Service is FANTASTIC and was always prompt to reply with positive and helpful support. I dealt with at least 8 cleaning companies before choosing this one. I repsonded to their understanding of my situation and willingness to not push extra services on me I didn't need but to suggest things that will very benefitical. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their service in the future. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean, Standard cleaning
