We have been with Penberthy Insurance for a number of years, and only recently have had to claim due to the Auckland Floods in January 2023. Penberthy Insurance's team have kept in contact frequently since we have made the claim with updates. Their team are all very professional and friendly.

Customer Service lacking. Broker could not provide me correct advice or an accurate quote that covered what was required. Changed Insurance Companies for 1 policy and they cancelled all policies.
