I unfortunately had to submit an insurance claim for my engagement ring that I had owned & loved for 25 years. My insurance company referred me to Fifth Avenue. I told Adrian what I was after, he found me a magnificent stone (rectangular radiant cut) & had the ring made in an updated style from the original. We had many back & forth emails & all my questions were patiently answered by either Adrian or another team member. When I went to pick it up I was honestly blown away by how amazing it looked! I couldn't process what Adrian was saying, it was like Charlie Brown with adults doing the "wah whoa wah, whoa wah wah"" talking sounds haha. I was so mesmerized by the ring. Please trust them with your diamond requirements. They're so nice and know what they are talking about. Thank you for making an unpleasant process so much easier & with a happy ending. I highly recommend Fifth Avenue & will definitely be returning as a retail customer.

I got my bracelet fixed today at Fifth Avenue and I have never had better service. They made my day with how friendly and chatty they were and they fixed my bracelet super fast! If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)
