TANK Shore City Takapuna - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Came in to collect an online order. It wasn't ready as their online machine was off so they weren't even aware of the order.. the lady firstly blamed it on me, saying it was probably because the payment didn't go through (had confirmation of order being accepted etc), but then admitted it was because their machine wasn't working. Really disappointing especially as they weren't overly busy either.

You have a very grumpy person manning your shop today. She literally ignores people going on the counter. I, myself, didn't see the "order here" screen because I was looking at your menu board. When she saw that I wasn't going away, she came up and rudely (without a word) pointed out the screen. I still ordered a drink and sat close by and literally saw a guy (also ignored) walk away.

Eftpos machine charged us twice, came back next day after being told we could have a free tank, got there and was turned down. Stealing my 21.50 cheers

Worst place to have tank. The drinks never taste like they should I think they dont stick to the recipes we ordered 3 different juices and they all tasted the same. Ended up throwing them away. Dont go to Takapuna tank
